Self‑Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid Role with Retainer

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Mortgage Broker to join a thriving property firm’s brokerage team in North London. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with office attendance required each Wednesday and the last Friday of every month. You will receive a £2,000 retainer for the first six months, alongside generous commissions on all qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion.
• Work with leads supplied and qualified by the client services team.
• Collaborate with an on‑site administrator for documentation and compliance.
• Attend scheduled office days for team meetings and client interactions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience holding a CeMAP (Essential 1) qualification.
• Self‑motivated, organised and proactive with a team‑player attitude.
• Comfortable operating as a self‑employed professional.
