About the role
Our client, a well‑established property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage, is seeking an experienced self‑employed Mortgage Broker. The role offers a hybrid working model, a six‑month retainer, and full support on leads and administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications using leads supplied by the client services team.
- Work independently while collaborating with the office team on Wednesdays and the last Friday of each month.
- Utilise provided office space in North London for client meetings and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with administrators for smooth processing.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualification (Essential) with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive, organised and a strong team player.
Required skills
- Mortgage brokerage knowledge.
- Ability to work with provided leads and client‑qualified opportunities.
What we offer
- Retainer of £2,000 per month for the first six months (non‑debatable).
- Generous commission on all leads.
