Self‑Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team. This self‑employed position allows you to work remotely while maintaining occasional face‑to‑face meetings at our Folkestone office. You will benefit from an established brokerage’s support while building your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Generate new business through self‑sourced leads and referrals.
• Manage the full mortgage process from enquiry to completion, including administration and case management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the firm’s reputation.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience in mortgage or broader financial services, with a preference for advising background.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to generate business.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
