About the role

This is a self‑employed position for an experienced sales and lettings professional to build and run a property business in East London. You will operate under the support of a recognised national brand while managing your own schedule and client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
• Win new instructions and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Register, qualify and nurture buyer leads.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales terms.
• Manage client relationships from instruction through to completion.
• Build a strong local presence and referral network.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and property values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential estate agency.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating business and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Good knowledge of the East London property market.
