SEMH Teacher – Cambridgeshire (Full‑time, Permanent)

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Cambridgeshire from September. The role is full‑time and permanent, offering the chance to support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans in an inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons for pupils with SEMH needs.
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom where every child can thrive.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, the SENCO, therapists and external agencies.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, adapting strategies as required.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families and staff to promote positive outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in primary or SEND settings, or a strong passion for inclusive education.
- Ability to differentiate learning for a range of additional needs.
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Team‑oriented, patient and compassionate.
