Semi-skilled Groundworker / Labourer

About the role

We are seeking a Semi-skilled Groundworker/Labourer to join our team on residential oil‑spill projects, helping to restore environments safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site works in line with the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy.
• Assist the Senior Technician/General Builder with a variety of tasks.
• Support ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety processes.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by top management.

Required profile

• Experience in a multi‑skilled construction role (hand digging, groundwork, drainage, concreting, etc.).
• Ability to operate a mini digger/dumper (preferred but not essential).
• CSCS certification (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check and drug/alcohol screening.
