About the role

Action Wall Ties Ltd is seeking a Semi Skilled Labourer to join their Canterbury team. This permanent, full‑time position offers competitive pay and the chance to develop specialist structural repair skills while working on building sites across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled operatives on site with daily tasks.
• Remove and reinstate small areas of brickwork.
• Rake out joints and support masonry repairs.
• Install wall ties and masonry reinforcement systems.
• Carry out basic concrete and structural repair works.

Required profile

• Previous site or construction experience (labouring or improver level) is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is an advantage.
• Residence in Canterbury, Herne Bay, Thanet or nearby areas.
• Willingness to start early (around 5 am) for travel to London/South East sites.
• Good attitude to health & safety.
• CSCS card required or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
