About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Administrator to support the SENDCO in the day‑to‑day administration of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth paperwork flow, accurate record‑keeping, and efficient coordination within the department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise SEN‑related paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of students.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for the SEN department.
- Update student information and records as required.
- Provide general organisational support to enhance departmental efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a school environment.
- Familiarity with SEN processes and requirements.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
