SEN English Teacher – Full‑time Temp‑perm (Sept start)

About the role
TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated SEN English Teacher for a full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent position starting in September. You will join a supportive SEN secondary school in Eltham, teaching students aged 11‑16 who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging English lessons tailored to SEN learners.
- Provide targeted support for students with SEMH challenges.
- Collaborate with the wider teaching team to develop inclusive strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
- Contribute to a positive, proactive school environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience teaching English to secondary‑age students with SEMH or similar SEN needs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to a full‑time schedule with a view to long‑term placement.
