SEN Learning Support Assistant – Full‑time (London)

About the role
You will support pupils with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role involves 1‑to‑1 and small‑group assistance during a range of academic lessons, working closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers to provide assessments and reports. A calm, consistent approach and a commitment to helping pupils overcome learning barriers are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with additional learning needs in KS3 and KS4.
- Deliver 1‑to‑1 and small‑group assistance across academic lessons.
- Collaborate with the SENDCO and subject teachers to produce assessments and reports.
- Maintain a calm, consistent approach to help pupils make progress.
