About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a highly regarded girls‑only special school in North Cambridge. The role supports pupils with autism or autistic traits, helping them progress academically and socially.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils across primary and secondary ages.
- Promote academic progress and emotional well‑being.
- Assist with off‑site activities and school trips.
- Motivate and encourage pupils throughout the school day.
Required profile
- Previous experience working within an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Enthusiastic, creative and able to work well in a team.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided).
