SEN Teacher – Full‑Time at Ofsted Good School

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our Ofsted Good school in Longfield. The role starts in September 2026 and offers a permanent, full‑time contract within a specialist environment serving students aged 4‑19 with ASD, MLD, PMLD, and SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to individual SEN profiles.
- Support pupils in developing both academic and life‑skills competencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive learning strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to IEP reviews.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of two years teaching experience in the UK.
- Proven experience working with SEN students.
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
