SEN Teacher – Key Stage 1‑2 (ASAP) – £200‑£265/day

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding special‑needs school in Bromley. The role focuses on Key Stage 1‑2 pupils with ASD and complex needs, delivering a highly adapted curriculum in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons using a differentiated secondary curriculum.
• Support students with ASD, communication difficulties and sensory needs.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, external professionals and teaching assistants.
• Create a structured, supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as required.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience or strong understanding of supporting students with ASD and complex needs.
• Secondary school teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
