SEN Teacher (Primary) – Kings Cross

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a thriving team in Kings Cross. This permanent, full‑time role supports pupils with special educational needs and social‑emotional and mental health (SEMH) requirements across Key Stages 2‑4 and further education pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.
• Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and well‑being.
• Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants and external professionals.
• Contribute to whole‑school development and the multi‑disciplinary team ethos.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
• Experience in SEND/SEMH (primary or secondary) environments.
• Strong behaviour management and safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Passion for inclusive practice and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
