SEN Teacher – Primary School (Full‑time, Hillingdon)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Hillingdon from September 2026. The school is well‑resourced and committed to inclusive education, offering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports academic, social and emotional development.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, adapting strategies to maximise outcomes.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external professionals to implement individual learning plans.
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent classroom management.
• Contribute to school-wide activities, meetings and professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working as a SEN Teacher or in a comparable role.
• Strong subject and curriculum knowledge relevant to primary education.
• Enhanced DBS certificate with Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.
