SEN Teacher – September Start in Specialist School (QTS Required)

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Berkshire from September. The school supports learners aged 2‑19 with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews.
- Support pupils’ communication, independence, emotional development and academic achievement.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet complex learning needs across various SEND categories.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early‑career teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Passion for inclusive and specialist education.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commitment to helping every learner achieve their potential.
