About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one‑to‑one support for children aged 11‑16 with special educational needs in Greenford. The role involves working across schools, community settings and the child’s home to promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a designated child with SEN needs.
- Build trust, consistency and positive routines.
- Support emotional regulation and manage behaviour.
- Encourage engagement in education and personal development.
- Act as a positive role model for the child.
