About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with ASD in a West London primary school. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, and runs until the end of the academic year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one support for a Year 3 pupil with autism spectrum disorder.
- Assist the class teacher with general learning support and classroom activities.
- Follow safeguarding policies and maintain up‑to‑date safeguarding training.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and support staff to promote inclusive learning.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year SEN TA experience in the UK.
- Current safeguarding training completed within the last year.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) and registration with the online update service.
- Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
