SEN Teaching Assistant – Bedford (September Start)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bedford this September. You will work directly with pupils who have a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive academically and socially. This full‑time, long‑term position offers the chance to make a real difference every day.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Boost learning and confidence by delivering tailored assistance.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN or SEMH.
- Patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships.
- Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
