About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a partnership of primary and secondary schools in Gloucester from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging lessons and providing day‑to‑day classroom support, either on a short‑term or long‑term basis.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons or provide classroom support as required.
- Work across a variety of welcoming primary and secondary schools.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and schedules.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Teaching Assistant.
- Flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Genuine passion for education and supporting SEN pupils.
