About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Cheltenham from September 2026. The role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs in both EYFS and broader primary settings on a full‑time, temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons and provide day‑to‑day classroom support for SEN pupils.
- Work across a variety of welcoming primary and secondary schools.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and schedules.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Required profile
- Experience working with children with SEN within the last five years.
- Flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for education.
