SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools, Enfield

About the role
Reeson Education is seeking compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Enfield and the wider North London area from September 2026. You will work directly with pupils who have additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential in an inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support for pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties.
- Assist small intervention groups and deliver targeted activities.
- Support the class teacher and SENCO in planning and delivering differentiated lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence among pupils.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Caring, patient and resilient attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of behaviour management and SEN strategies.
- Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Availability to start in September 2026.
