About the role
We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our special school in Barking and Dagenham. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with complex learning difficulties, autism and communication needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with experienced staff, teachers and therapists.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
