SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEN School (Full Academic Year)

About the role
We are partnering with a specialist SEN school in Warrington to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for the upcoming academic year. The role starts in September and runs for the full school year, providing vital support to pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD and complex learning needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN staff to facilitate learning and behaviour management.
- Assist with routines, transitions and emotional regulation.
- Deliver tailored support for pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD and additional needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in SEN, education, care or support work.
- Calm, patient and consistent approach.
- Reliability and commitment to a full academic year.
- Availability for full‑time work from September.

- Daily rate of £92.56 – £105 paid via PAYE.
- Full‑time, fixed‑term contract for the academic year.
