About the role
Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive inclusive school in St Helens. This full‑time, long‑term position starts as soon as possible and offers the chance to make a real impact on pupils with additional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND in the classroom, in small groups, and on a one‑to‑one basis.
- Work closely with teachers and external professionals to implement individual learning and care plans.
- Encourage independence, confidence and celebrate progress at every stage.
Required profile
- Reliable, proactive and patient.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Ability to provide consistent, calm and positive support to pupils.
