SEN Teaching Assistant – Support Children with Learning Difficulties

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEN school, supporting pupils with Multiple Learning Difficulties, Autism and complex needs. You will work alongside the class teacher and a small team of assistants to provide a therapeutic and nurturing learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons to pupils with MLD, ASD and complex needs.
- Provide individual support to up to 10 students per class, working alongside 3‑5 teaching assistants.
Required profile
- Experience in healthcare/nursing or working with learning difficulties is a plus.
- Passion for supporting children with SEN and strong teamwork skills.
