About the role
This full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant position is based in Wandsworth, London. You will work closely with pupils who have autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, supporting them to thrive in a structured, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support students on a 1:1 or small‑group basis.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Help pupils build confidence, independence and essential life skills.
Required profile
- Passion for supporting children with special needs.
- Patience, empathy and consistency in approach.
- Proactive, reliable and a strong team player.
- Local to Wandsworth or willing to travel.
