SEN Tutor – Flexible Part‑Time & Full‑Time Opportunities

About the role

We are expanding our team of dedicated SEN Tutors across Haringey and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering personalised one‑to‑one tuition to children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping them re‑engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored one‑to‑one tuition sessions.
• Assess learner needs and create individualized learning plans.
• Support progress towards EHCP outcomes and educational targets.
• Build positive relationships with learners, families and schools.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit each learner’s profile.
• Record progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience as a SEN Tutor, qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE), SENCO or specialist intervention practitioner.
• Ability to work flexibly around your own schedule.
• Passion for making a genuine difference to vulnerable learners.
