SEND Early Years Educator – Level 3 (Full‑time, Term‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated SEND Early Years Educator to join a nurturing, inclusive setting in South London. This full‑time, term‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, starting September 2026. You will work alongside a supportive team to create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 2‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of high‑quality early years provision.
• Assist with assessments, observations and learning journals.
• Collaborate with the SENDCO to meet individual needs.
• Promote children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Work in partnership with parents and carers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning space.

Required profile

• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Experience working with children with SEND.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
