SEND Teacher – Specialist Schools in West London

About the role
We are seeking passionate SEND Teachers to join specialist provisions across West London, covering areas such as Ealing, Hounslow, Richmond, Kingston, Hammersmith and Westminster. You will work in outstanding, good and developing specialist schools, delivering personalised learning for pupils with additional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists and other support staff.
- Monitor pupil progress against EHCP outcomes and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Create an inclusive, engaging learning environment that supports academic, social and emotional development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, though experienced SEND practitioners will also be considered.
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism, Complex Needs, SEMH, Severe Learning Difficulties, Alternative Provision or PMLD.
