About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school environment. You will work directly with children who have special educational needs, helping them thrive in an inclusive setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored, one‑to‑one or small‑group support to students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to adapt lessons and create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor progress and assist each child in reaching their full academic and social potential.
Required profile
- Experience supporting children with SEND, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing classroom needs.
