SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools in Medway

About the role
We are partnering with several primary schools across Medway to provide experienced SEND Teaching Assistants. The positions start after the half‑term break and run until the end of the academic year, offering a mix of day‑to‑day supply work and longer‑term placements.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide targeted support for children with ADHD, challenging behaviour, and additional learning needs.
- Help implement individual education plans and monitor progress.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with SEND pupils in a primary school setting.
- Familiarity with supporting children who have ADHD, challenging behaviour, or other learning needs.
- Passion for helping young learners succeed.
- Ability to build positive relationships within school communities.
