About the role
Reed Education is looking for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join schools across Sussex. You will help create an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to children with special educational needs in classroom settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and other professionals to deliver tailored assistance.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans and classroom activities.
Required profile
- Experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, CACHE, a degree or equivalent in SEN support or education.
- Compassionate, patient and adaptable approach to supporting learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with staff and families.
