About the role
We are seeking experienced tutors to support SEND and GCSE Functional Skills students across Warwickshire, Coventry and Birmingham. Both primary and secondary placements are available, with flexible scheduling to suit part‑time or full‑time preferences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalised Maths and English lessons that meet GCSE Functional Skills standards.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and schools to support learning progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and schools.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of SEND or SEMH learners.
Required profile
- Experience working with SEND or SEMH students and ability to build genuine relationships.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience up to Functional Skills level, preferably at GCSE standard.
- Must have a driving licence and own a car for travel between placements.
- Available to start immediately.
