Senior Account Director – Client Services Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing content agency in Bristol that values impact over hierarchy. As a Senior Account Director you will act as the strategic bridge between the agency and its key clients, shaping digital and content initiatives that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead senior client relationships, serving as the primary strategic partner across a portfolio of accounts.
• Define overall account direction, ensuring digital and content strategies align with client objectives.
• Oversee delivery quality, commercial performance, and profitability of each account.
• Manage budgets, track financial outcomes, and ensure targets are met.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Support new‑business pitches and onboarding of new clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the account team, establishing best‑practice processes.
• Contribute fresh ideas, insights, and thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency account management at a senior level.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple client relationships.
• Deep understanding of digital channels and content strategy.
