Senior Account Executive – Microsoft AI Workplace Transformation & SaaS

About the role

Jaam Automation is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth of its Microsoft‑focused AI and SaaS solutions. The role is remote‑first, serving the UK market, and combines hunting new enterprise opportunities with expanding existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new business across mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Microsoft, automation and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product, solution engineering and customer success teams to tailor offerings.
• Achieve and exceed OTE targets through uncapped commissions and accelerators.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating new revenue.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first, high‑autonomy environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What we offer

• Base salary £75,000‑£80,000 plus OTE up to £140,000.
