Senior Account Manager – Cloud Communications (CCaaS/UCaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Account Manager to join a fast‑growing technology solutions provider specialising in cloud communications. The role is hybrid, based in the Surrey area, and combines managing an existing portfolio with generating new business across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Identify, prospect and close new logo opportunities.
• Sell complex cloud‑based solutions including CCaaS, UCaaS and managed services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in CCaaS/UCaaS.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and account growth.
• Experience closing deals with total contract values of £500K+.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Highly motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Zoom, 8x8, Five9 and Mitel platforms.
• Understanding of CCaaS, UCaaS and cloud communications solutions.

What we offer

• £45,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE ~£90,000).
