Senior Account Manager – FinTech SaaS

About the role

We are partnering with a profitable, self‑funded FinTech company to find a Senior Account Manager who will nurture and grow relationships with over 100 financial services clients. You will own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring customers extract maximum value from the data intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of 100+ financial‑sector clients, driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead strategic review meetings with senior client stakeholders, using data to demonstrate ROI.
• Design and implement scalable onboarding and client‑success processes.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product roadmap insights.
• Proactively mitigate churn and foster long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of account‑management experience in B2B SaaS, data, or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with senior decision‑makers in the financial sector.
• Commercially astute with experience managing renewals, pricing discussions, and building business cases for growth.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle a large client portfolio.
• Clear, credible communicator, both written and verbal.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
