Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading provider of property data, analytics and market intelligence solutions. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior decision‑makers across key accounts.
• Create and execute account plans that drive growth, retention and upsell targets.
• Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities for additional products and services.
• Monitor engagement, drive adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
• Collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B account management or customer success experience.
• Strong track record of retention, renewal management and revenue growth.
• Experience managing strategic relationships at senior level.
• Commercially driven with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
