Senior Account Manager – Technology Talent & Training for Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our Technology Talent & Training practice within the Banking and Financial Services sector. Based in the City of London, you will drive both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts with major investment banks, delivering flexible consulting and upskilling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new relationships across the sector’s biggest banks.
• Run end‑to‑end business meetings and close commercial deals.
• Own and expand a portfolio of financial services and banking accounts.
• Build senior relationships with technology, change and procurement leaders.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership as the practice scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling into financial services or banking, from consultancy, staffing, SOW or recruitment.
• Demonstrated hunter‑and‑farmer mindset with existing banking contacts a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑directed and able to develop a clear go‑to‑market plan.
• Recruitment consultants seeking a larger platform and higher earnings potential.

Required skills
