Senior Account Manager (UK)

As a Senior Account Manager you will act as the driver of client communication, strategy and performance, ensuring our clients are happy and our commercial principles are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly status calls, take comprehensive notes and share them promptly with clients.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication, manage expectations on timelines and provide clear feedback.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned client contacts, taking a genuine interest in their needs.
• Collaborate with the CS Lead and Strategy team to develop and refine strategies that meet client KPIs.
• Support forecasting, KPI creation and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights.
• Assist with finance tasks such as budget tracking, invoice preparation and PO collection.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in a digital, social or network agency.
• Working knowledge of digital, search and social channels.
• Strong interest in digital media, AI, paid and owned content, social and influencer marketing.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reliable follow‑through.
• Confident communicator, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborative team player who remains calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Proactive self‑starter with curiosity and drive to take ownership.
