Senior Accountant – Finance Reporting & Integration

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to lead statutory reporting, financial close and month‑end activities for a fast‑growing business near Billericay, Essex. The role will involve working on company integrations, finance process improvements and complex system overhauls.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles, including forecasting, tax reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and present management reports to senior stakeholders with detailed variance analysis and quarterly commentary.
- Own audit processes, resolve findings and liaise with external auditors.
- Support technical accounting queries and produce consolidations, including inter‑company reconciliations.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with senior‑level experience in financial reporting and audit.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end reporting cycles and interact with senior management.
