Senior Accountant – Newcastle (4‑day week)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our client’s Newcastle office. You will work across a diverse portfolio of corporate and unincorporated clients, providing high‑level accounting services for micro and small entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts for micro‑ and small‑entity clients.
• Manage a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and deadlines.
• Communicate financial information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Proven experience in accounts preparation for micro and small entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
