About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a rapidly growing accountancy practice in East Grinstead. The role offers a competitive salary of £45‑60k, hybrid working and a supportive environment for professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare sole trader and company accounts.
- Prepare self‑assessment tax returns.
- Prepare partnership and company tax returns.
- Review bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts.
- Provide accounting, tax and business advice to clients.
- Support and review the work of junior staff.
Required profile
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
- ACCA or ACA qualification preferred.
- Residency within a commutable distance of East Grinstead.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
