Main Missions

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of year-end accounts.
• Review the work of junior staff and provide essential technical support and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on various business and financial matters.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax and VAT returns.
• Contribute to firm development by improving internal processes and enhancing client service standards.
• Support Partners in client meetings, business development initiatives, and strategic planning.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Ensure full compliance with all current accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven track record within an accounting practice environment.
• Deep technical expertise in financial statement preparation and tax compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver proactive solutions.
