Senior Administrator - Financial Planning

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Director within a leading wealth‑management firm. You will act as the central point of coordination for complex client cases, ensuring smooth operations and strict compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle administrative support to the Director, handling correspondence, scheduling and documentation.
• Manage sophisticated client relationships, liaise with pension, tax, estate and investment providers.
• Prepare and submit business proposals and documentation to relevant parties, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor compliance requirements and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate case files, track progress and follow‑up on outstanding items.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an administrator within financial services, particularly pensions and investment planning.
• In‑depth knowledge of a full range of wealth‑management products.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Progress towards professional qualifications (e.g., CII, ICAEW) is advantageous.
