Senior Agent Product Manager

About the role

This senior individual‑contributor position owns the delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for Decagon’s enterprise customers. You will act as the primary technical and strategic owner, earning trust with C‑suite leaders and guiding the end‑to‑end development of conversational AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Secure the technical win on large strategic opportunities, partnering with sales, solutions engineers and forward‑deployed engineers.
• Serve as the executive partner to Fortune 500 C‑suite, defining and driving AI transformation roadmaps from initial conversation through production and expansion.
• Design, build, and optimise enterprise‑grade AI agents, diving deep into each customer’s workflows, pain points and goals.
• Translate frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and inform Decagon’s product roadmap.
• Direct forward‑deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while remaining accountable for outcomes.
• Feed tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering, shaping the platform based on frontline deployment experience.

Required profile

• 6+ years delivering ambiguous, high‑stakes outcomes and earning senior executive trust.
• Builder’s instinct – a desire to design and construct solutions, not just prescribe them.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss AI agent designs alongside engineers and executives.
• Executive presence and a proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior decision‑makers in complex organisations.
