Senior AI Coach

About the role

As a Senior AI Coach you’ll use your industry knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship programmes to guide learners personally and professionally. You will motivate and influence your caseload of apprentices, helping them achieve their full potential through workshops, training, and one‑to‑one support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 56 learners, delivering comprehensive coaching across apprenticeships.
• Lead workshops, micro‑teaches and training sessions to develop skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Ensure programme quality, compliance and accurate documentation at all times.
• Mentor learners to achieve milestones on time and support their end‑point assessments.
• Attend standardisation meetings, share learner progress and manage off‑the‑job hours effectively.

Required profile

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, AET) or equivalent experience in the digital/apprenticeship sector.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Business Analysis or Digital Transformation programmes.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible, resilient and logical in problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI, Business Analysis and Digital Transformation concepts.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and related AI certifications.
• Confidence using IT systems and databases.
