Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our fast‑growing AI team. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to turn cutting‑edge research in machine learning, generative AI and agentic systems into production‑grade products that solve real‑world problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine‑learning, deep‑learning and large‑language‑model (LLM) solutions.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic AI systems and robust model evaluation frameworks.
• Own the full AI lifecycle, from problem definition and data preparation through to monitoring and scaling in production.
• Apply both classical ML techniques and modern generative AI approaches.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude, Code, Codex or similar to accelerate delivery.
• Shape technical direction, contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience delivering machine‑learning and generative‑AI projects.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to production independently.
• Advanced degree (MSc required, PhD advantageous) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
