Senior AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing, data‑focused team in London. The role is hybrid (three days onsite) and offers the chance to design and deliver production‑grade AI solutions that directly impact our products and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production‑grade AI and machine‑learning models.
• Build and maintain scalable data and AI pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with data, engineering and product teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and enforce engineering best practices.
• Improve model performance, monitoring and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries/frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable data systems.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle and deployment best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
